I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I want to make sure that my customers are happy with their purchase. Refunds or exchanges will be made only within 7 business days of the receipt of item. Once the item is shipped back, the refund or exchange will be credited. Buyer will assume all of the shipping costs of the item being returned, any shipping costs paid for the items will not be reimbursed.

Any orders that are made custom are nonrefundable
