Shipping policy

All items are shipped USPS, unless you contact me with a different request (other methods may increase shipping rate).

Shipping will be sent out via USPS.

Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to update.

If your order arrives damaged, photo proof will be required within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Domestic shipping time which can take up to 7 days depending on services selected, and your location.

International Customers: Delivery ETAs are not available for economy level shipping services. Typical delivery for most countries is 2-3 weeks, but no promise or implication of delivery times are provided by this statement.

This purchase will be subject to the import laws for your country.

This purchase may also be subject to value added tax (VAT) and duties.

Imposed VAT and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please pay close attention to the tracking information for your shipment, and be aware of communications by your country's customs agents.

The communications by your country's customs agents will inform you how to settle any VAT and duties, so that your shipment may be released for delivery.

In the event that VAT and duties are not settled by the purchaser, the product may be shipped back to Hometown 605. In such an event, the purchaser will be required to purchase another shipment label in order to ship the product.

If the product is not sent back to Hometown 605, and held by import customs due to non-payment of import VAT and duties, Hometown 605 is not responsible, nor obligated to provide a replacement product at their cost.

Although I have had only the best of luck with the Post Office, Hometown 605 will not be held responsible for any shipped items lost in the mail once it is showed delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.

If you have a question, I will typically respond within the same business day. All of Hometown 605 products come from a smoke and animal free environment.

Word of Caution: Some items contain small parts which pose a choking hazard to small children under the age of 5. Customer assumes all responsibility for items while child is wearing products and must supervise at all times. Owners or Hometown 605 will not be held responsible for any incidents.

If design proofs are requested, we will delay engraving your order for up to 10 business days, or until we receive a response of design approval, whichever comes first.

If, after 10 business days, no response is provided to the requested, and submitted design proof, we will proceed with order fulfillment, using the initial submitted design. There will be no returns on orders that were sent with no communication from you if something is incorrect.

Bulk orders are welcome.
